In breve

Wheelie Trainer funziona soprattutto sul tuo telefono. Video, sessioni e posizione non lasciano il telefono. Al nostro server arrivano solo i dati necessari alla classifica online, e solo se la usi. Nessuna pubblicità, nessun tracciamento, nessuna analisi statistica di terze parti, nessuna vendita di dati.

Dati che restano sul telefono

• Sensori di movimento: per calcolare l’inclinazione del mezzo.
• Posizione (GPS): solo mentre l’app è aperta, per calcolare velocità e distanza dei wheelie. Le coordinate non vengono mai inviate.
• Fotocamera e microfono: per registrare i video delle sessioni. I video restano nella memoria dell’app e vanno nella galleria solo se lo chiedi tu.
• Sessioni e impostazioni: storico, telemetria, dati del mezzo e della tua corporatura per stimare il balance point.

Dati inviati al server (solo per la classifica)

• Un identificativo casuale generato dall’app al primo uso della classifica, non collegato al tuo nome, al tuo account o al telefono.
• Il nickname che scegli.
• I risultati dei wheelie che invii: mezzo (moto o bici), durata, distanza, angolo massimo, tempo in equilibrio, velocità massima, data.
• Le segnalazioni che invii o ricevi (chi segnala chi e il motivo), per moderare la classifica.

Nickname e risultati sono pubblici nella classifica dell’app.

Perché e su quale base

Per offrirti la classifica che hai scelto di usare (esecuzione del servizio, art. 6.1.b GDPR) e per moderarla e prevenire abusi (legittimo interesse, art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Dove e per quanto tempo

I dati sono conservati su Amazon Web Services nell’Unione Europea (Stoccolma), con Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL come responsabile del trattamento. Restano finché non li cancelli. I log tecnici degli errori sono conservati per un massimo di 30 giorni.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi cancellare in ogni momento tutti i tuoi dati dal server dall’app: Impostazioni → Privacy e dati → Elimina i miei dati dalla classifica. Puoi anche scriverci tramite il modulo di contatto per accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione o opposizione, e proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Minori

L’app non è destinata ai minori di 14 anni.

Controller

The data controller is DAV Racing, reachable through the contact form on this website.

In short

Wheelie Trainer mostly runs on your phone. Videos, sessions and location never leave your phone. Only the data needed for the online leaderboard reaches our server, and only if you use it. No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics, no data selling.

Data that stays on your phone

• Motion sensors: to compute the bike’s angle.
• Location (GPS): only while the app is open, to compute wheelie speed and distance. Coordinates are never sent.
• Camera and microphone: to record session videos. Videos stay in the app’s storage and go to your gallery only if you ask.
• Sessions and settings: history, telemetry, bike and body data used to estimate the balance point.

Data sent to the server (leaderboard only)

• A random identifier created by the app when you first use the leaderboard, not linked to your name, any account or your phone.
• The nickname you choose.
• The wheelie results you submit: vehicle (motorbike or bicycle), duration, distance, max angle, time balanced, top speed, date.
• The reports you send or receive (who reported whom and why), to moderate the leaderboard.

Nicknames and results are public in the in-app leaderboard.

Why and legal basis

To provide the leaderboard you chose to use (performance of a service, Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to moderate it and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Where and how long

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Stockholm), with Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL as processor. It is kept until you delete it. Technical error logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can delete all your data from the server at any time in the app: Impostazioni → Privacy e dati → Elimina i miei dati dalla classifica. You can also use the contact form for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 14.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. For significant changes we let you know in the app.
